Choose a C6 diagnostic interface, software SSD or complete configured-laptop package for supported Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Xentry online services, SCN coding, programming, protected functions and software downloads require valid manufacturer credentials and permissions, which are not included.

DoIP, offline diagnostics and online services

The C6 interface is intended for compatible DoIP and other supported Mercedes-Benz diagnostic workflows. Offline functions can include vehicle identification, fault reading and clearing, live data, tests and supported service procedures. Exact availability varies by vehicle and software.

SCN coding, online programming, protected functions, software downloads and other manufacturer services require a valid Daimler/Xentry account, internet access and the necessary permissions. Hardware capability does not provide those credentials.

Cars, vans and trucks

Passenger-car, van and truck software can use different releases and coverage. Do not assume that one software build supports every Mercedes-Benz or Smart vehicle. Tell KKS the vehicle type, model, year and required task so the correct package and software can be confirmed.
