Where do you ship from?
Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. However, to expedite delivery times, some items may be shipped directly from the factory.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to customers all over the world. No matter where you are, we strive to get your supercar parts to you as quickly as possible.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the product you ordered. Typically, orders shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse arrive within 5-10 business days. Direct factory shipments may vary in delivery time.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. However, if the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at info@kks-supercar.com for return instructions.
